Longing is a quiet yet persistent state. It often describes an inner desire—for lightness, for being carried, for a place where one entrusts oneself to the flow of life. In her artistic work, Lydiane Lutz has been approaching this state for many years with remarkable consistency and sensitivity.

In the exhibition, alongside classic works on canvas, we are presenting the latest series on acrylic glass. The artist takes a decisive step further: the traditional painting surface is replaced by transparent material. The works consist of several layers that are spatially separated from one another.
